Vacation Bible School 2025: Compassion Camp - What Every Living Thing Needs

Age: We welcome children ages 4 and up who are potty trained.
Join us for an exciting week of fun, learning, and compassion at Compassion Camp: What Every Living Thing Needs! Through engaging activities, storytelling, music, and hands-on projects, participants will discover what all living things need to thrive—shelter, food, water, air, and community—and learn how we can show compassion to the earth and all its creatures. Using Psalm 104 as our guiding text, along with other scripture passages, we’ll reflect on the interconnectedness of humans and the more-than-human world in God’s creation.
What to Expect:
Daily Themes: Explore key elements of life and how we can protect and sustain them in our local ecosystems.
Hands-On Fun: Crafts, games, and activities that spark wonder and gratitude for creation.
Faith in Action: Opportunities to connect compassion for the earth with tangible ways to care for our communities.
This four-day program is packed with meaningful lessons and joyful experiences that will inspire children and families to become co-sustainers in the work of God’s creation!

General Guidelines:
It is recommended that a release be obtained when photographing or videotaping a minor (under 18). Parent or guardian signatures are required; signatures of minors are not sufficient. When images are published, the church will take cautionary steps to provide minimum identifying information and will not use a specific street or mailing address, email address, or phone number(s).
